ARGENTINA: Police to train in Colombia
Development: Argentine police will receive anti-kidnap training in Colombia following an agreement reached on 4 August between the government of Buenos Aires and the Colombian vice-president, Francisco Santos. The co-operation will come into effect immediately, and will see Colombian security forces heading to Argentina also.
