COLOMBIA: Mancuso issues new demands
Development: Salvatore Mancuso, one of the leaders of the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC), declared on 5 August that paramilitary leaders currently located in the concentration zone at Santa Fe de Ralito should be able to come and go as they please.
