MEXICO: Government publishes 2005 budget
Development: The government formally sent it budget for 2005 to congress on 8 September. The government expects to spend M$1.74bn (US$151.6bn) in 2005 according to information supplied to deputies, who will have to approve the budget by the end of this year.
