HAITI: Ex-sergeant calls for military uprising
Development: The interim government could be facing a general uprising from former soldiers within days. On 8 September, former sergeant Ravix Remissaint called for former soldiers to rise up against the government after two of them were shot dead by police in an incident in Port-au-Prince earlier this week.
