ARGENTINA: Petrobras to invest US$200m
Development: Brazil's president, Lula da Silva, announced on
9 September that the state-run oil company Petrobras will invest US$200m in
Argentina. The funds will be put towards the San Martín pipeline, which runs
from Tierra del Fuego to Buenos Aires.
