URUGUAY: Cracks emerge in coalition-elect
Development: Senator José Mujica, a senior member of the Encuentro Progresista-Frente Amplio (EP-FA) coalition which triumphed in the 31 October general election, announced on 15 November that a member of his faction of the coalition should run on behalf of the EP-FA to be the next mayor of Montevideo.
