COLOMBIA: Uribe gives Farc new ultimatum
Development: Colombia's President Alvaro Uribe announced on 17 December that the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) has until 30 December to release 63 of its hostages, or the government will extradite 'Simón Trinidad' to the US.
