COLOMBIA: AUC warns against approving justice and peace legislation
Development: At a press conference on 10 April the leaders of the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC) warned that if congress approves the government's proposed legal framework for the paramilitary peace process, the AUC will "return to the mountains" to restart their armed struggle.
