CHILE: Deputy proposes repeal of amnesty law
Development: On 16 June Antonio Leal, a deputy from the Partido por la Democracia, one of the four parties in the ruling Concertación coalition, announced his intention to lobby for a repeal of the amnesty law enacted during the regime of Augusto Pinochet.
