BOLIVIA: Cabinet completed, but Santa Cruz truculent
Development: President Eduardo Rodríguez completed his cabinet on 16 June by appointing two people from secessionist-inclined Santa Cruz to hold key economic jobs. He also appointed a Roman Catholic to hold the sustainable development ministry and a social scientist to hold the labour ministry.
