VENEZUELA: Third property expropriated in Barinas
Development: On 26 September the governor of the south-western state of Barinas, Hugo de los Reyes Chávez , father of President Chávez , ordered the expropriation of a processing plant owned by Ramavenca, an affiliate of Alimentos Polar.
