ARGENTINA: Ibarra to escape impeachment
Development: The impeachment drive against the mayor of Buenos Aires, Aníbal Ibarra, for his alleged responsibility in the fire in a rock club that killed 193 people on 30 December 2004 fell apart on 31 October when three legislators on the congressional impeachment committee presented a report exonerating him.
