COLOMBIA: No civilian respite from paramilitaries
Development: Figures published by Centro de Recursos para el Análisis del Conflicto (Cerac) on 5 December showed that the number of civilians killed by paramilitaries during the first half of 2005 was higher than in the same periods of 2003 and 2004.
