BOLIVIA: Morales returns to focus on governing
Development: The President-elect, Evo Morales, returned from his whistle-stop trip to Venezuela, Europe, China, South Africa and finally Brazil on 13 January. He has one more foreign trip, on 17 January to Argentina, before settling down to draw up his cabinet.
