BOLIVIA | Hydrocarbons 'nationalisation' expected soon. Though President Evo Morales has publicly stated that he has given himself until 12 July to unveil the nationalisation of the oil & gas sector, Hydrocarbons Minister Andrés Soliz has been hinting that he might move as soon as this week, issuing the new rules by means of a supreme executive decree (no further legislation is deemed necessary, as he would be acting in compliance with the existing hydrocarbons law).
