COSTA RICA: La Nación claims Solís is ahead
Development: On 19 February the national daily, La Nación, claimed that presidential candidate Ottón Solís, from the Partido Acción Ciudadana, was ahead of his rival, Oscar Arias, from the Partido Liberación Nacional in the manual recount of the votes cast in the election on 5 February.
