CHILE-BOLIVIA: Morales ups ante on Pacific coastline
Development: On 23 March President Evo Morales commemorated the 127th anniversary of Bolivia's loss of its Pacific coastline to Chile by saying he wanted an urgent meeting with the Organization of American States (OAS) to resolve Bolivia's claims.
