PERU: Humala extends lead but family proves liability
Development: The nationalist candidate in April's presidential race, Ollanta Humala, extended his lead at the head of the latest opinion poll by Apoyo released on 26 March. Once again Humala was compelled to disassociate himself from potentially damaging comments from a member of his family.
