COLOMBIA: Paramilitaries can dodge extradition
Development: Interior Minister Sabas Pretelt said in an interview published on 9 July that members of the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC) who abide by the terms of the paramilitary peace process will not face extradition.
