ECUADOR: Initial count shows shake-up of congress
Development: Preliminary results of the congressional elections published over the weekend show a significant change in the new parliament, with the Partido Renovador Institucional Acción National (Prian), of presidential candidate Alvaro Noboa, the big winner and the Partido Social Cristiano (PSC) the main loser.
