COLOMBIA: Foreign minister goes
Development: María Consuelo Araújo quit as foreign minister on 19 February. She has been replaced by Fernando Araújo Perdomo, a former minister who recently escaped from the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) after being held captive for over six years.
