BRAZIL-BOLIVIA: Gas still causing rifts
Development: On 26 April the Bolivian press reported that the Bolivian government has offered less than half the amount sought as compensation by Brazil's energy company, Petrobras, for two refineries expropriated under last year's “nationalisation programme".
