Farc offers to return bodies
Development: On 9 July the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) issued a statement asking for the International Committee of the Red Cross to oversee the return of the bodies of 11 deputies who were killed while imprisoned by the guerrillas.
