BRAZIL: Fighter-bomber deal revived
The high command of Brazil's air force last week held a meeting with all the firms that had registered to tender for the provision of 12 fighter-bombers — a deal estimated to be worth about US$760m which was suspended by President Lula da Silva shortly after he took office in order to reassign funds
