Security update - Ortega belligerent over Caribbean boundary
Nicaragua's President Daniel Ortega has reversed his position regarding the recent World Court decision on his country's maritime dispute with Colombia. He now accuses Colombia of defying that decision and warns that Nicaragua will use any means available to defend its sovereignty (with Venezuela's help).
