Bolivian opposition revives old demands
Development: On 19 July
the opposition prefects' bloc, the Consejo Nacional Democrático (Conalde) issued
a manifesto which demanded the repeal of law reallocating the hydrocarbons (IDH)
tax and a national referendum on where the capital should be.
