OAS will not recognise Honduras elections
Development: On 1 September the ousted president of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, removed in a coup d'etat two months ago, met the permanent council of the Organization of American States (OAS), in Washington, where he received fresh support from the 33 active members of the hemispheric group.
