Insulza: US awaits a gesture in Honduras
Development: On 22 November the secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, admitted that the 33-member hemispheric body, which includes the US, is divided on whether to recognise the general election in Honduras on Sunday, 29 November.
