Guatemala's Colom cleared in murder case
Development: On 12 January the UN-backed International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala (Cicig) cleared President Alvaro Colom of involvement in the May 2009 murder of a prominent lawyer, Rodrigo Rosenberg.
