Honduras leaves Alba
Development: On 12 January the 128 seat Honduran congress voted overwhelmingly (by 123 votes in favour) to leave the Venezuela-led Alianza Bolivariana para los Pueblos de Nuestra América (ALBA), to which the ousted president, Manuel Zelaya, signed up in August 2008.
