Ecuador halts Santos prosecution
Development: On 25 February an Ecuadorean judge ruled that Juan Manuel Santos, a former Colombian defence minister, did not have a case to answer over the Colombian military raid inside the Ecuador border on 1 March 2008 in which at least 26 people were killed.
