IACHR: Honduras not safe for Zelaya
Development: On 19 May in Madrid, Spain, President Porfirio Lobo said that the former president Manuel Zelaya could return at any time, reiterating that the supreme court would not act arbitrarily against him or seek to enforce an arrest warrant over the 20 or so pending criminal charges levied against him by the court and the public ministry.
