Three EPP members arrested in Paraguay
Development: On 23 June, Dora Irrazábal the state prosecutor of Horqueta (Concepción), announced that ballistics and gunpowder tests confirmed that three of the eight people detained after a confrontation between members of the special forces (Fope) and suspected members of the Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP) on 17 June, in which two officers died, had fired weapons before their detention.
