Doubts build over Bolivia's gas reserves
Development: On 24 October Carlos Villegas, the head of Bolivia's state-oil company, Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), told reporters that previous administrations had “inflated" the size of Bolivia's gas reserves in order to justify the privatization process.
