Colombia-Venezuela join forces against drugs
Development: On 26 January, Colombia's minister of defence, Rodrigo Rivera, and Venezuela's minister of interior and justice, Tarek el Aissami, signed a bilateral accord pledging cooperation in the fight against narco-trafficking.
