Aristide's return to Haiti 'imminent'
Development: On 17 March Fanmi Lavalas, the party of exiled former president Jean-Bertrand Aristide (1991, 1994-1996, 2001-2004) told the international press that Aristide will return to Haiti within the next “24 or 48 hours".
