CUBA: Refuting US claim of foreign pullout
US Secretary of State Colin Powell was not cited when Marta Lomas, minister for foreign investment and cooperation, reported last week to the national assembly in Havana, but what she said appeared to be a reply to statements made earlier in the month by him.
