The Policí­a Nacional Civil (PNC) in El Salvador will start to train a special investigative unit to deal exclusively with the growing problem of extortion in the eastern department of San Miguel, the director of the PNC, Rodrigo Avila, revealed after meeting a group of businessmen and shop owners from the department.
