BOLIVIA: Counting the human cost of protests
An official report on the toll taken by the September-October protests and
associated clashes with the police and army has been released by acting
'defender of the people' (public ombudsman) Carmen Beatriz Ruiz.
This is the fruit of a two-week investigation, which make it the most
comprehensive so far.
