Political pause for Bolivian marchers
Development: On 11 October the indigenous marchers protesting against the construction of a road through an indigenous territory (Tioc) and national park, Isiboro Sécure (Tipnis), announced they would delay arriving in La Paz until after the 16 October national election to pick a judiciary.
