Development: On 11 June, talks between the national confederation of mining cooperatives (Fencomin) and the government of President Evo Morales about the planned nationalisation of the Colquiri mine, a small tin/zinc mine in La Paz department controlled by Sinchi Wayra, a subsidiary of Switzerland’s Glencore, failed to yield results.
