PANAMA: Planned Canal toll increase triggers complaints
The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), along with Ecuador, Chile and Japan, are among those to have raised complaints about a proposal approved by the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) to increase Canal tolls by up to 15%.
