Sigifredo López freed again
Development: On 14 August Sigifredo López, the former deputy of the Colombian department of Valle del Cauca, who was accused of self-kidnapping and assisting in the kidnapping and subsequent murder of 11 of his colleagues in 2002, was freed from house arrest by Attorney General Eduardo Montealegre.
