COSTA RICA: Nicaragua denounced again at the UN
Costa Rica has once again denounced Nicaragua for ignoring a World Court ruling regarding the disputed area next to the lower reaches of the San Juan River. Foreign relations minister, Enrique Castillo, told the recent 67th UN General Assembly that it could only rely on respect for international law for its defence.
