FOREIGN RELATIONS & SECURITY | Obama breaks silence on Colombia-Farc talks. In a 29 October radio interview with La W, which also airs in the US, President Barack Obama spoke about the new peace talks between the government led by President Juan Manuel Santos and the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc).
