Paraguay moves against Argentina
Development: On 5 November Paraguay’s foreign minister, José Félix Fernández Estigarribia, said that Paraguay was consulting the World Trade Organization (WTO) about potential retaliatory measures against the trade barriers imposed by its neighbour and partner in the Southern Common Market (Mercosur), Argentina.
