Cauca remains at the centre of Farc offensive
Development: On 12 November Colombia’s national police (PNC) announced that members of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) had launched a bomb attack in the main town of the municipality of Suárez, in the south-western department of Cauca, the previous night, wounding 24 civilians and one police officer.
