Development: On 15 November Carlos Lozano, a journalist and member of Colombia’s communist party (PCC), said ‘Iván Márquez’ (Luciano Marín Arango), the lead negotiator of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) in Havana, Cuba, is considering offering the government a Christmas truce.
