ARGENTINA: Fernández lashes out
Letter-writing appears to feature high up on the list of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner’s New Year’s resolutions. Since the start of 2013, she has published two; one designed to inflame nationalist sentiment, the other to dampen domestic criticism.
