GRENADA: Mitchell scrapes through to third term
On 27 November Keith Mitchell won — only just — an unprecedented third term as prime minister. The ruling New National Party (NNP) won eight of the 15 seats in the House of Representatives, as against seven for the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
